The Gumption Life offers a variety of programs to ensure everyone can afford 1:1 Health Coaching!

All coaching sessions follow the C.O.A.C.H. format:

Convey Recommendations: As your coach, I will make 1-3 recommendations at the end of each session focused on your specific needs.

6-Week Jumpstart:
Group Coaching with 4-8 Clients 

Grab your girlfriends and let’s get started! The 6 Week Jumpstart is ideal for someone who knows what they want to achieve when it comes to nutrition, mindset, and/or overall wellness, but needs that added layer of accountability.
 Bonus: You get to work towards your goal(s) with a group of fantastic, like-minded women who are there to support you and cheer you on. 

** Please note: This is different from the 8-Week Group Coaching Program offered three times during the year.

The 6-Week Jumpstart is for a group of women who know each other and can begin right away. 

The 8-Week Program offering 3x/year is for individuals who may or may not know each other. I'm not sure how to make that distinction on this page.

In addition to my 1:1 coaching services, I offer individual services that are great for anyone who isn’t sure exactly where to start! These al a carte services include: 

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness and will help you do the same.

We will explore all areas of your life, and together we will discover how they are all connected. For example, does stress at your job or in your relationship play a role in how/when you eat? Do you experience a lack of sleep or low energy, and does this prevent you from exercising? We will consistently collaborate and look at how all parts of your life affect your health and mental wellness.

We will not focus on specific diet theories.

Instead, we will find the foods, exercises, and stress-management techniques that work best for you. Additionally, we will explore how your behaviors affect your goals. Finally, I will work to help you create a happy, healthy life full of purpose and passion.

Together, we’ll work to reach your health and overall wellness goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, balancing blood sugar, navigating food cravings, optimizing sleep, maximizing energy, and establishing regular practices to support your mental health. Our work together will center around you developing a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implementing lasting changes for optimal nutrition, personal development, and mental wellness. 

During our sessions, we will work on the following:

Primary Food™: This concept involves everything in your life, and the food on your plate is just one small part of the big picture. Many people overlook the areas of their lives that contribute to overall wellness. It’s not just the food we eat, but all other factors in our daily lives! Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular exercise, and spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. As your health coach, I will help you evaluate the balance in all areas of your life and teach you strategies for supporting the areas in greater need.

Bio-individuality™: Just as every person is unique, individuals have unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why popular diets tend to fail or can’t be sustained. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you in making positive changes based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and background. 

Integrative Nutrition™ Plate: IIN’s Integrative Nutrition Plate is an essential tool I use with my clients. It emphasizes local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It’s a visual tool that will allow you to reflect on the food you are eating throughout the day and the lifestyle factors you can incorporate for optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity, and spirituality. I’ll introduce you to a variety of healthy, whole foods and how you can make food and lifestyle choices that best nourish your mind, body, & spirit.
